1. What the waitlist is

Joining the waitlist reserves a place in the order Alpha invites people to open an account. It is not an account, does not hold money, and does not guarantee that an account will be offered: opening depends on the countries Alpha launches in, on our checks when you apply, and on the law where you live.

2. Your place

Your number is assigned when you join and shown to you on the site and by email. Each person who joins through your invite link moves you up 50 places. We may adjust numbers to remove duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries.

3. Founding members

The first 10,000 people on the waitlist who open an account when invited receive the Elite Metal plan free for their first year. The offer applies once per person, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and requires an account to be opened within 90 days of the invitation.

4. $AG rewards

The 25 $AG referral reward is credited when both you and the person you invited have opened accounts. $AG is Alpha's reward programme: it is earned, not sold, valued at US$1 against Alpha fees and perks, and governed by the programme terms published at launch.

5. Leaving

You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@alpha.com.ky. Your place is then released.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change reduces a benefit described here we will email everyone on the list before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
